Stylish City Stay in Parramatta + Pool & Parking

Staff is very friendly. Close to trains station. Great location. Positive: It’s not like the photos on bookings.com It’s old, tired and needs fresh coat of paint, new blankets, sofa mattress and pillows. The carpet is dirty and needs a good stream cleaning. Especially outside the property. There’s water stains on the carpet. Pool has broken tiles. Negative: Old blankets for person using sofa-bed Sofa-bed mattress has fluids/sweat stains Only 1 kitchen towel provided for a long stay. Hand-wash liquid in the bathroom is runny and old.

Ideal place to stay if you onl Positive: The property had plenty of space for the 3 of us and it was a quick walk to Paramatta CBD Negative: The TVs are very old and not smart tvs so was unable to screen share from phone at night when relaxing. Only free to air channels. There was only one loan blanket for the pull out sofa bed. On a colder weekend this could have been a problem.

convenient and fair priced accomodation 40 minutes from Sydney city centre with trains every 7 mins Positive: spacious. own washing machine. bath and shower in the apartment. sofa bed for kid to sleep on. 3 minutes walk from the train station into Sydney and 4 minutes to a large shopping centre. Negative: address could have been clearer as it was part of the Mantra hotel
